Reverbophone products are distributed in the UK by One Louder Audio Ltd.

1. Made to Order products

 

Every Reverbophone is built to order specifically for the customer once an order has been placed. As production begins specifically for your order, your purchase is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded because you have changed your mind.

 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If your product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you remain entitled to the remedies available under applicable legislation.
